Born in Edmonton Alberta Canada, this podcast is for those who are struggling with CPTSD and all the hell that comes with it! I have a upfront discussion about it and will often tell the stories of others who have suffered from Trauma in their past and all the struggles they’ve faced today trying to cope and heal from their CPTSD.
